When the clinic isn’t practical
Home visits and telehealth across Macarthur
Most of our clients see us at our Gregory Hills clinic. But if getting there is a barrier, because of pain, mobility, transport or a busy schedule, we can come to you or see you online. Home visits are often funded through the NDIS or Support at Home; see funding & fees for all options.
Mobile visits
- At your home, workplace, local gym or a suitable community space
- Across the Macarthur region and surrounding suburbs, subject to availability
- Early, evening and weekend times by request
- Arranged directly with us by phone (online booking is for clinic appointments)
Telehealth
- By video or phone, where it’s clinically appropriate for you
- Great for program reviews, education and keeping progress on track between visits
- Medicare telehealth sessions under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan are bulk billed
- NDIS, DVA and other funding may apply where telehealth is permitted

If your visit is funded by NDIS, workers compensation, CTP, DVA or Support at Home, travel is handled under that scheme’s rules. We’ll confirm your fee when you book. To estimate distance, the suburb or postcode you enter is sent to OpenStreetMap; we don’t store it.
