Funding & fees
How your sessions can be funded
We work with NDIS, Medicare, workers compensation, CTP, DVA, Support at Home, private health insurance and private clients. Every situation is a bit different, so if you’re unsure what applies to you, call us on 0490 776 141 and we’ll help you work it out before your first visit.
NDIS
We’re a registered NDIS provider and support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Medicare
With a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare-subsidised sessions.
Workers comp & CTP
Injured at work or in a motor vehicle accident in NSW? We bill your insurer directly for approved treatment.
DVA
For eligible Gold and White Card holders with a referral from their GP.
Support at Home
For older Australians with Support at Home funding (previously Home Care Packages), arranged with your provider.
Private & private health
No referral needed. You may be able to claim a rebate, depending on your fund and level of cover.
Private fees
For clients paying privately or claiming through private health insurance.

This is an estimate only. Travel fees are based on driving distance from our Gregory Hills clinic (39–47 Lasso Road), and apply to private and Medicare mobile visits. If your visit is funded by NDIS, workers compensation, CTP, DVA or Support at Home, travel is handled under that scheme’s rules. We’ll confirm your fee when you book. To estimate distance, the suburb or postcode you enter is sent to OpenStreetMap; we don’t store it.
