How we help
We start by understanding your injury and what your days need to look like: lifting at work, picking up the kids, getting back on the field. Then we build a graded program to rebuild your capacity towards those tasks.
Hands-on treatment such as soft tissue work or taping can help early on. Over time we shift the focus to exercise you can do yourself, so you leave with the strength and know-how to manage on your own.
If your injury involves an insurer, we communicate with your doctor, case manager and insurer and provide the reports they need, so you can focus on your recovery.
Funding for injury rehab
Depending on your situation, your sessions may be covered by workers compensation or CTP, Medicare, DVA or your private health insurance. You can also self-fund without a referral. Not sure which applies? Ask us and we’ll help you work it out.

Questions about injury rehab
How is this different from physiotherapy?
Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are both allied health professionals working towards the same goal: getting you back to full function. Our emphasis is exercise-based rehab. We still use hands-on treatment, but we focus on building your strength, capacity and confidence so you can manage independently. Many of our clients see both, and we’re happy to work alongside your physio.
I’ve had surgery. When can I start?
That depends on your surgery and your surgeon’s instructions. We follow your surgeon’s protocol and can start as soon as you’re cleared. Bring any post-operative instructions to your first appointment.
I have a workers compensation or CTP claim. What do I need?
Your claim number and insurer details. We’ll take it from there, including the treatment request to your insurer. See workers compensation & CTP for more.
